In continuation of my despatch of the 12th ultimo, with regard to the piracy of the steam launch, "Tung Kong," I have now the honour to enclose a translation of a despatch which I have received from the Viceroy, embodying a report from the Shun Te Hsien detailing the steps taken by him in this case.
